This website was created in 2003 to provide meeting information about the garden club in Oracle, Arizona. Over time, it expanded to provide gardening advice unique to the Oracle region. A series of meeting presentations spanning two and one-half years through the end of 2007 provided the basis for the information found on the website today.

The garden club originated in 1995 when Nancy Daly and friends would meet for coffee and casual gardening discussions at the Three Bears Restaurant in Oracle. The club later organized more formally and continued regular meetings until disbanding in November, 2007. This website, still periodically updated, remains as the club's legacy to gardeners in Oracle and the American southwest.
